These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Urvasi website and any purchases made through it. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms. Urvasi reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

• All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
• We make every effort to display fabric colours and textures accurately. However, due to differences in screen displays, the actual colour of the fabric may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
• Fabric is sold per metre unless otherwise stated.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders

• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your order details.
• In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will inform you and offer a full refund or an alternative.

4. Payment

• We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other methods available at checkout.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
• Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• In case of a payment failure, please do not attempt multiple payments. Contact us before retrying.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India. Delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout.
• Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days depending on your location.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Urvasi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you.

6. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
• Cut fabric (fabric that has been measured and cut to order) cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is genuinely defective.
• Lingerie, innerwear, and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
• To initiate a return, contact us at urvasisalem@gmail.com or call 7904456333 within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving it as per our return policy.
